When the equipment is completed, the customer comes to our factory for inspecting the machines, or through a third-party inspection company to testing the machines.
After-sale service:
1.Sheenstar offers 24 months warranty for our machines. During warranty, spare parts are free.
2.Engineers will provide machine installation and commissioning on the customers’site and training buyer’s staff how to operate and maintain machines. Operating manuals will be sent with machine or via email.
3.We offer 24 hours remote online service for solving basic questions by telephone, email, WhatsApp, Wechat or video call in time.
