14000 bph orange juice hot filling labeling and packing plant solution

This juice hot filling line is for filling juice into the plastic bottle, capacity can be 14000 bottles of juice per hour.
The whole solution includes bottle sorting machine, juice bottle rinsing filling capping machine, bottle flipping machine, bottle sprays cooling tunnel, PVC label sleeve labeling system, and shrink packing machine.
The filling machine adopts negative pressure hot filling technology.
After the juice hot filling, the bottle flipping machine will flip the bottles, then high temperature can sterilizer the inside of the caps.
The touch screen on the electric control cabinet make the operation easy, like start and stop the machine, change the running speed.
After the bottle slipping machine, the bottled juice will go to the bottle sprays cooling tunnel to lower the temperature.
The labeling system will sleeve the label on the bottle and shrink the labels by steam.
This juice filling line use PE film packing machine with carton tray.
