This conveyor is for sending bottles with beverage  from filling machine to labeling machine to packing machine.load-bearing chain scraper conveyor frame adopts stainless steel 304 thickness 2.5mm, once laser bending forming, material surface 2B board, device height 180mm.Inside the machine frame, the transverse bracing is made of stainless steel, 304 thickness 3mm is bent and formed. The active bearings and the passive shafts are made of stainless steel 2Cr13 material, and the shaft diameter is 40mm.Plate conveyor, all bearings imported NSK brand, plastic shell, with safety cover, using 440 stainless steel bearings.Under the conveyor chain plate, the sink adopts stainless steel 304, thickness 1.2mm, sheet bending forming, contact side using bilateral bending, 180 degrees fillet, cleaning staff protection. The lower part of the tank is equipped with stainless steel 304, diameter 50.7mm, thickness 1.5mm seamless drainage pipe, the whole line is arranged, and the drainage pipe is fixed by a fast chuck, which can be quickly removed and cleaned.
