The workflow of carbonated beverage canning equipment:
After pressing the pneumatic signal, the piston rod of the liquid storage tank lifting cylinder A retracts, and the liquid storage tank and the infusion tube descend;
The infusion tube is inserted into each container, the piston rod of cylinder B of the cylinder B with the filling valve switch is retracted, the outlet valve of each infusion tube is opened, and the liquid is injected into the container;
The piston rod of cylinder B is extended, and the outlet valve is closed;
The piston rod of cylinder A extends, the liquid storage tank and the infusion tube rise, and the liquid storage tank starts to replenish liquid;


The liquid storage tank and the infusion pipe rise to the highest position, the piston rod of the left gear cylinder C extends, the right gear cylinder D piston rod retracts, and the conveyor belt outputs the filled container;
The piston rod of cylinder C retreats and the piston rod of cylinder D extends, and the conveyor belt enters the empty container. The beverage filling machine completes a working cycle, that is, realizes one-time filling of the container. In a working cycle, the piston rod of cylinder B returns to the extended state by delay control. Through the adjustment of the delay time, the filling of containers with different capacities is realized. By adjusting the signal position of the cylinder A stroke valve, the filling of containers of different heights can be achieved. The time for the liquid storage tank to replenish the liquid and output the container must be controlled within one cycle. The state transition of the piston rods of cylinders C and D is also realized by delay control.
